THE PROJECT
The Cauchari Solar Park and its Electric Substation, in Argentina, is one of the largest solar parks in Latin America, with the capacity to supply more than 100,000 families, and located at an altitude of more than 4,000 meters above sea level. It is a Photovoltaic Solar Park, located in the department of Susques, in the Southwest of the province of Jujuy, which began its construction in 2018. TCI has been the main contractor of the installation, carrying out the Balance of System (BoS) performance, including:

- Electromechanical installations,
- Electrical installations,
- Communications,
- Security,
- Execution of the substation.
The plant has an installed capacity of 315 MW and consists of more than 1.2 million PERC (Talesun) polycrystalline photovoltaic panels, occupying an area of 600 ha.
